Gagik Shamshyan, a photographer who happened to be at the scene, witnessed the aftermath of the collision. According to his account, five individuals of different ages were sent to the “Hrazdan” Medical Center with varying degrees of injuries. Tragically, one of the victims did not survive their injuries and passed away. This incident has prompted the Kotayk regional administration to declare a state of emergency.

The police are currently carrying out an investigation to determine the causes and details of the accident. The authorities are underlining the importance of driver safety and reminding everyone involved in this tragedy, both the deceased and the injured, of their responsibility.
