We had a very interesting visit to Meghri. I must say that we had previously made sure that there would not be any encounters. Bagrat Srbazan from Meghri mentioned that our goal in organizing this visit was precisely to meet people, whether it be one person, ten people, or a hundred people. I am glad that interested and caring individuals, who are fully involved in understanding and evaluating the current realities, gathered here. They are also prepared to implement necessary changes in the state management and justice system.

Bagrat Srbazan noted that he traveled around the city and received warm welcomes from numerous people. This indicates that the society is ready to embrace these changes.

After Meghri, Bagrat Srbazan went to Kapan, where preparations are underway for the morning flag-raising ceremony.
