Esai Karapetyan, who was injured during peaceful protests, was interviewed today, according to lawyer Manush Esayan. In a statement, Esayan said, “Dear journalists and concerned citizens, I am informing you that Esai Karapetyan has been officially recognized as a victim of the violence and was interviewed today. This recognition is based on Article 441 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which addresses the rights and obligations of civilian or military employees, as well as violations of these rights or failure to fulfill them. We eagerly await a fair verdict.”
