“NSC’s Department of Operational Communications Uncovers 80 Violations; Repeat Offender Among Them, with Serious Injuries and Cases of Death Reported”

According to official reports, on June 26-27, the activities of the NSC’s Department of Operational Communications were reviewed. The review uncovered a total of 80 violations, with one being a repeated offense.

Among these violations, there were 12 cases where individuals had their right to use public transportation revoked or lacked the necessary rights to operate the transportation. Additionally, there were 6 cases of physical and mental harassment, 5 cases of violation of waste disposal and personal hygiene, 3 cases of animal abuse, 2 cases of violation of fire safety principles, 1 case of violation of computer security, occupational safety, and medical worker obligations, 1 case of individuals being deprived of their liberty through anemia, 1 case of violation of substance abuse, self-medication, or production, 1 case of violation of the right to personal inviolability and protection against insults, 1 case of violation of the rights of disabled individuals and the implementation of assistive technologies, and numerous cases of violation of regulations regarding the use of weapons, explosives, and other materials, as well as the misuse of machinery, equipment, and drugs.

There were 2 cases of death and 7 cases of injuries reported. Furthermore, 3 cases of injury were classified as serious.

Additionally, 1 case of misuse of weapons and explosives was registered.

One of the previously committed offenses was related to sexual exploitation.

During one day of the state of emergency, there were 6 recorded accidents on the roads. One person died, and 5 others sustained various degrees of bodily injuries.
