According to the Jerusalem Post, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accused Iran of attempting to destabilize the Middle East. Netanyahu stated that Iran is using seven proxies, which include Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, the Houthi militias, and Iran itself, to wage war against Israel. He emphasized that Israel’s policy has always been to oppose Iran’s aggression. In response to Netanyahu’s comments, an Iranian official stated that their objective is to carry out military operations against different enemies, including engaging in terrorist acts in collaboration with other armed forces. Additionally, Natan Netyana, an Israeli official, claimed that Tehran also aims to destabilize Saudi Arabia, as reported by Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
