IDBank and Central Bank Launch “30-30” Project to Boost Financial Accessibility in Rural Areas

IDBank and the Central Bank have launched a collaborative project called “30-30” with the aim of improving the financial situation of residents in rural areas. This project focuses on creating favorable conditions for financial transactions, making them more accessible and efficient. The villages of Kajaran in Syunik province, Artsvaberd, Aygehovit, and Achaqur in Tavush province are specifically involved in this project. Residents of these villages are provided with the opportunity to use digital services and manage their personal finances directly through IDBank and the Central Bank. As part of the project, IDBank also offers free banking cards to participants, along with a symbolic amount for easy learning and non-cash transactions. Along with this, participants are given instructions on how to use the Idram&IDBank application, which allows them to securely and conveniently perform all financial transactions from the comfort of their homes. These initiatives are supported by the CBA of the Republic of Armenia.

To learn more about the project, you can watch a video by following this link. Moreover, you can also perform all your financial transactions using the Idram&IDBank application. By doing so, you contribute to the “Strength of One Dram” campaign, where each payment made adds one dram to this cause.

These significant initiatives enjoy the support of the Central Bank of Armenia. Stay updated with the latest news by joining the NEWS.am Telegram channel.
