Sources indicate that Torosyan, leveraging his position in the Ministry of Health, is attempting to undermine the current head of the government’s staff in a bid to regain his previous role as prime minister. There are concerns that Torosyan is trying to manipulate Nikol Pashinyan, who has maintained warm relations with him, and sabotage his lobbying efforts. Some sectors of the administration are speculating that Arayik Harutyunyan, who has connections with Torosyan’s former adversaries, might replace him soon. Additionally, influential institutions possess confidential documents that expose Torosyan’s involvement in relocating personnel to various locations, which could be used against him.
