Armenia’s Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, sent a letter to congratulate the newly appointed Head of the European Union delegation to Armenia, Alessandro Barzotti. The Prime Minister expressed his warm congratulations and expressed confidence in Barzotti’s ability to work closely with Armenia, upholding important principles such as respect for human rights, the rule of law, and good governance. Pashinyan also highlighted the potential for Barzotti to contribute to the advancement of Armenia-EU relations. In related news, former President of Serbia, Aleksandar Barzotti, has been chosen as the new Head of the EU delegation, replacing Maria Pejcinovic Buric.
