Armenian Chief of Staff Denies Negotiations with Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has announced that they have not yet engaged in negotiations with Azerbaijan to peacefully resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, according to Armen Grigoryan, Chief of Staff of the National Security Service of Armenia. This contradicts recent statements from the OSCE Minsk Group, co-chaired by France, Russia, and the United States, which suggested that Armenia was revising the peace regime. The Armenian Ministry of Defense has denied these reports. Grigoryan clarified that Armenia has not taken any significant steps towards escalation, making it clear that Armenia is not distributing such statements.
