This contradicts recent statements from the OSCE Minsk Group, co-chaired by France, Russia, and the United States, which suggested that Armenia was revising the peace regime. The Armenian Ministry of Defense has denied these reports. Grigoryan clarified that Armenia has not taken any significant steps towards escalation, making it clear that Armenia is not distributing such statements.
