Viva University Empowers 300 Students with Academic and Practical Skills

Around 300 students have recently enrolled in Viva University’s educational program. The program aims to provide students with both academic knowledge and practical skills, as well as opportunities for self-expression and professional development. One of the key initiatives of the university is the Viva-MCS project, which has been running since 2015 and has made a significant contribution to the advancement of working professionals in various fields.

What sets this program apart is that it is not limited to students in the capital city. It also reaches out to students in different regions, recognizing the importance of their professional development. As proof of the program’s success, 45 young graduates have received certificates in the field of IT, further certifying their skills and opening up more employment opportunities for them, especially in the fields of commerce and customer service.

For students to become successful professionals, it is vital for them to acquire a combination of academic and practical knowledge. This includes developing problem-solving abilities, taking responsibility for their work, honing organizational skills, and learning to effectively collaborate and communicate within a team. These skills are also crucial in providing good customer service.

“The past few years have been immensely valuable for our graduates as they have had the opportunity to acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary for successful work and collaboration. I congratulate all of them on their impressive achievements,” said Armen Avetisyan, the CEO of Viva-MCS.

In addition to the educational program, Viva University also offers two-month courses in Human Resources and Customer Support. These courses are held not only in Yerevan but also in various regions, providing comprehensive support to both the trainees and the clients they will serve.
