On June 21, at 16:21, the NKR Defense Ministry’s Center for Operational Management in Ararat province announced that a resident of Vedi city, aged 61, who had been hospitalized with chest injuries from the left side of Kasayan Street, was transferred to the same street for medical treatment.

According to NEWS.am, the employees of the Ararat branch of the NKR Defense Ministry and the provincial police have clarified that at 15:55, near one of the buildings on Kasayan Street, a 71-year-old resident, who was hospitalized and transferred to the same street, analyzed the circumstances of a personal inquiry. During the examination, the 71-year-old man also attacked a 61-year-old neighbor.

The 71-year-old man was discovered, apprehended, and presented with relevant documents. On the evening of June 22, at 2:18, it was reported from the hospital that the 61-year-old man had passed away.

An investigation is underway to clarify the circumstances.
