Lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan took to his Facebook page to inform the public that the residential arrest term of Edgar Khachatryan will not be extended, thanks to the protests made by journalists. This decision was made by the first instance court of Tavush region, with Judge S. Roushanyan presiding, who denied the motion to prolong Khachatryan’s residential arrest.
