According to official information from the Committee of State Revenues of the Republic of Armenia, the number of individuals subject to mandatory taxation increased by 4.7% compared to May 2023, reaching a total of 752,260 employees of registered entities as of the end of May 2024. The tax base, which refers to the total salary amount, amounted to AMD 296,690, showing a 6.7% increase. The overall tax base reached AMD 223.2 billion, indicating an 11.7% increase.
