“Armenia and Artsakh Forge Stronger Ties: Minister of Foreign Affairs Ara Ayvazyan and Deputy Prime Minister Mohamad Mustafa Hold Telephone Conversation”
On June 24, Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ara Ayvazyan, had a telephone conversation with Mohamad Mustafa, the Deputy Prime Minister of Artsakh, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The announcement revealed that Mustafa expressed his gratitude for Armenia’s recognition of Artsakh’s independence and its support during the international recognition process.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has also confirmed that Armenia’s decision to address the situation with the “two-state” principle is motivated by the need to promote a peaceful resolution and mitigate the severe humanitarian crisis resulting from the war.
Economic and political negotiations have been conducted in an atmosphere of mutual agreement and constructive dialogue.
