On June 23rd at 16:06, the emergency center of the Syunik regional administration received an alert about an accident on the Kajaran-Meghri road. Immediate assistance was required for the injured individuals involved. The NKR rescue service was promptly notified and was on standby to aid in the situation. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the emergency rescue unit of the NKR Police.

It has been determined that the driver, identified as M.H. and born in 1983, was operating a KamAZ truck belonging to the 9th km section of the M2 Kajaran-Meghri highway. Unfortunately, the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and overturn. Tragically, the driver lost their life at the scene of the accident. The rescue team swiftly evacuated the truck and cleared the area of any potential hazards.
