On Sunday night, an explosion in the Chinese province of Xinjiang claimed the lives of two individuals, according to Xinhua, who cited local authorities. The incident took place around 05:00 local time in the village of Iken, within the city of Shuchu, situated in the Tsenzhu region. As a result of the blast, neighboring houses suffered significant damage, prompting the evacuation of all individuals in the vicinity to safe locations. Presently, efforts are underway to assess and address the aftermath of the explosion.
