The representative of the security department told the journalists that the car belonged to the military administration and it cannot be said why the car was given to them. “It is an armored vehicle, used for special protection area transportation, corresponding to certain executive actions. On July 7, attackers attempted to invade the shelter of the delegation of Artsakh to ambush Samvel Babayan, who was served by the car. Babayan’s lawyer announced this.

“Without a court decision, the attackers try to invade the delegation of the Republic of Artsakh to ambush the car. Due to the timely actions of the defenders, they let go and left us in an unknown place. Thus, the car has not been ambushed yet, but the personnel of the security service have arrived. According to our information, the forces of the attackers are also on the way,” said the lawyer.

It was reported earlier that representatives of the Central Bank of the governing committee were located near the delegation of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia, inviting them to provide special transportation service to Samvel Babayan.
