On June 20, at 13:52, the Crisis Management Center of the Regional Administration of Kotayk received an emergency call reporting a car accident on the Avovyan-Nor Hajn highway. The initial information indicated that one person was injured and the area was sealed off by the Police.

Upon receiving the report, the Rescue Group of the Crisis Management Center of the National Emergency Situations Service was deployed to the scene to conduct rescue operations.

The accident involved a Lada car driven by H.D. (born in 1992) and a Hanvan truck driven by A.M. (born in 1963).

The rescue teams successfully extracted the injured person from the car and secured the gas valve. H.D., the injured person, was quickly provided with necessary medical attention and then transported to a hospital.
