Interestingly, even before the conflicts, when weapons were procured, a similar information war was organized, creating the perception of being “saved” once again. It is likely that such propaganda is bothering Azerbaijan, which is also supporting a regime change in Adrbajan and launching aggression towards Armenia.

It is not surprising that France, in turn, is trying to increase its influence in its former colonies where it supplies weapons. This kind of influence provokes the nerves of Turkey and Azerbaijan more than ever before. The cooperation between France and Armenia, particularly in terms of military-technical cooperation and the signing of new agreements, is causing concern to Azerbaijan’s regime, leading to a state of emergency declaration in a certain city. France is expected to strengthen its presence in the region and have more influence on the professional interests of both Armenia and France, leading to a more successful consolidation of efforts.

It is clear that the advancements of France and the United States in the international arena give them a more powerful position compared to other European countries. This is especially true for France, as it takes into account Russia’s position. Therefore, it is crucial to address this issue if Armenia wants to reduce tensions with western countries. More effective steps should be taken in terms of military cooperation and production. Otherwise, the deepening and expansion of military tensions with western countries, particularly France, in connection with the situation in Northern Caucasus and the increase in military force, may lead to uncontrollable consequences.

It is worth noting that statements from France’s Prime Minister and other well-known officials expressing strong protests towards Armenia may be seen as evidence, but the impact of these statements is likely to remain limited. Additionally, France’s efforts to raise its status by sending troops to the Kuril Islands are mainly professional in nature. France is actively supplying equipment to Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia, but the problem lies in the strategic partnership between France and the United States, both militarily and economically.

The media has also been discussing Indian proposals to supply new weapons and the background behind them, with representatives from New Delhi and Yerevan. It is evident that India supports Armenia as a way to break away from the external influence of Turkey and Azerbaijan and expand its influence on the Armenian market. However, it is important to note that although the influence of India and its professional power is growing, it is not yet at its peak. Therefore, Armenia should consider the cooperation between France and other countries, rather than solely relying on the benefits from the external world.
