“Nikol Pashinyan Highlights Need for Constructive Criticism in Shaping Armenia’s Future”

The Republic of Armenia should not be perceived as a holy picture that needs to be protected, but rather as a living organism with its advantages and disadvantages, which can be improved over time, said Nikol Pashinyan. He made this statement during a meeting with experts in public administration at the Government of the Republic of Armenia on June 19.

Pashinyan emphasized that there is no perfect organism, just as there is no holy picture. He addressed the phenomenon of constructive criticism, which he believes should be practiced. He stated that instead of complaining or feeling frustrated, it is important to take a step back and analyze the situation objectively. He also highlighted the need for trust in the government to make positive changes in people’s lives.

Pashinyan mentioned a specific example of criticism by stating, “We salted our soup; you ask why.” He explained that this criticism highlighted the involvement of hundreds of thousands of representatives from different communities, who provided information about internal happenings. However, he pointed out that this aspect is often overlooked in discussions.
