Hajiyev expressed concern over the tension between France and Armenia regarding the situation in Karabakh and the ongoing war. He believes that this tension affects the process of regulation between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as France’s military intervention policy could potentially increase Armenia’s power in Azerbaijan. The export of Armenian weapons is also deeply concerning. Hajiyev emphasizes that as a member of the OSCE Minsk Group, France should maintain impartiality in the political situation and that occupying Nagorno-Karabakh and conducting aggression against Azerbaijan is unacceptable in any form.”
