On June 18, a tragic incident occurred in the Kotayk region of Armenia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that at 07:15, there was a car accident at the active service center of the Upper Pthghni Yerevan-Abovian Highway 6/3, leaving a man in critical condition. The victim, Kapur Sh., is a 34-year-old Indian citizen residing in the Republic of India.

According to the initial findings of the forensic physician, there were no signs of external violence on the victim’s body. In response to the incident, the Abovian investigative department has initiated a criminal case under the charge of “murder” with aggravating circumstances.
