The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has released a statement addressing the supply of ammunition and military equipment to Armenia via French CAESAR self-propelled artillery systems. According to Azerbaijani sources, the statement highlights the dissemination of information about the purchase agreement between France and Armenia for the CAESAR systems.

Despite warnings from Azerbaijan, France persists in supporting Armenia by providing military equipment and other weapons, and by deploying additional forces to the Upper Karabakh region. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan asserts that this further demonstrates France’s biased actions in favor of Armenia’s aggressive policies.

The official statement from the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan also references the response of the Armenian leadership and the Ministry of Defense of Armenia to the increased risk of war in the Upper Karabakh region and the military intervention by Macron’s government.
