“Hrazdan and Montpellier Strengthen Ties with Memorandum of Cooperation”

On June 10, the governor of Hrazdan community, Sevak Mikayelyan, welcomed a delegation from the city of Montpellier, France. The delegation was led by Ambassador Olivier Ducotel, who is in charge of Regional and Territorial Planning and Authority. The Hrazdan municipality provided this information.

The delegation included the Mayor of Montpellier, a representative of the Municipal Council, members of the legal department of Montpellier Palace, and Naira Zoroyan, a representative from Hrazdan who is a native of Montpellier. The purpose of the meeting was to sign a memorandum of cooperation between Hrazdan and Montpellier.

The governor expressed his gratitude to the guests for their warm reception and emphasized the importance of friendly relations between France and Armenia. He confirmed that France has been and will continue to be a good neighbor to Armenia.

Ducotel also expressed his appreciation for the hospitality extended to him and stressed the significance of the friendly relations between the two cities. He promised further development and progress.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed, showcasing the commitment of Hrazdan and Montpellier to strengthen their collaboration.

The governor of Hrazdan, Sevak Mikayelyan, accompanied the delegation to Artaq Rafayelyan Children’s Art School. They explored various renovation plans for the school, which will contribute to its future improvement.
