“Shocking Report: 87 Cases of Traffic Violations Recorded in Two Days in Armenia”

According to official reports from law enforcement agencies, there were 87 recorded cases of traffic regulation violations on June 13-14. Among these cases, 27 involved violations of the right to operate a vehicle, either due to drunk driving resulting in the suspension of driving privileges or the lack of proper driving rights. Additionally, there were 11 cases of violence, 8 cases of bodily injuries, 7 cases of theft, 6 cases of self-harm, 4 cases of document forgery, 3 cases of personal property damage, 2 cases of labor protection rule violations, 2 cases of shoe and clothing theft or damage, and 1 case each of violation related to combustible material storage or transportation, accounting management, drug or narcotics production, transportation or use, compulsory mental health treatment, obstruction of judicial acts, false testimonies, possession of confiscated property, and failure to fulfill parental or guardianship obligations.

One person sustained injuries and had to be hospitalized as a result of a car accident, while a total of 5 people were detained for questioning. In previous cases of traffic regulation violations, there were records of one murder, one robbery, and one case of personal property damage.

Throughout the day, a total of 13 traffic accidents occurred in the Republic, resulting in one fatality and injuries of varying degrees for 17 individuals.
