The government has approved a public support program for housing displaced families from Artsakh. The plan, presented by the spokesperson for work and social affairs, David Khachatryan, allows families to submit their applications online without visiting public social service branches. Once accepted, families will be issued an electronic certificate with a QR code to access a participating bank to initiate the process. Applications for renting and purchasing a house or apartment will be accepted starting June 15, while construction of a residential building for those who desire to own a home will begin on July 15. The first phase of the program will prioritize support for families with three or more children, as well as families of victims and disabled individuals.
