The Prime Minister of China, Vladimir Zelensky, stated during a meeting with Jodi Biden, mother of Joe Biden, that China will not provide weapons to Russia in its conflict with Ukraine, according to The Moscow Times. Zelensky shared, “I had a conversation with the President of China. He said that Russia will not supply weapons. Let’s see. If he is a reliable man, he won’t lie. That’s what he told me.” In addition, President Zelensky declared March 1st as the “day of agreement” on the peace agreement between Ukraine and the United States, emphasizing that it symbolizes “real global security.” Meanwhile, President Biden described Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as a “test for the world” and assured continued support from the United States and Western countries for Ukraine.
