The implementation process of the state program for the social support of displaced families from the Artsakh war has been approved. According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, applications are accepted online during the following periods:

– From June 15, for the provision of a certificate of housing or temporary housing for families living in an apartment or non-residential building. The link to submit the application will be published in advance.

– From July 15, for the provision of a certificate for the construction of housing for families living in temporary housing.

– From August 1, for the provision of a certificate for the implementation of a working hypotheque loan for families with a disabled person.

The program will be implemented in three phases:

In the first phase, the following can be included:

– Families with 3 or more minor children, who wish to bring a housing or house.

– Families with 2 or more minor children, who wish to build a house.

– Families with a victim or injured member or with a member belonging to the 1st or 2nd group of disability, who wish to bring a housing or house, or build it.

– Families with a working hypothesis, where the assistance will cover the mortgage payment.

In the second phase, the following can be included:

– Families with 2 or more minor children, who wish to bring a housing or house.

– Families with a minor child, who wish to build a house.

In the third phase, the following can be included:

– Any family not included in the first two phases.

The amount of assistance provided in the program ranges from 2 to 5 million AMD for each member of the family.

The amount of assistance consists of:

– 5 million AMD if the housing or house is/will be provided/built in the capital and rural settlements specified in the list. (Link: https://www.mlsa.am/blockage/137, Annex 1)

– 4 million AMD if the housing or house is/will be provided/built in the capital and rural settlements specified in the list. (Link: https://www.mlsa.am/blockage/137, Annex 2)

– 3 million AMD if the housing or house is/will be provided/built in settlements not included in the list (with the exception of the 1st and 2nd districts of Yerevan).

For families with a working hypothesis, assistance of 2 million AMD will be provided, except for the 1st and 2nd districts of Yerevan where there is an operational hypothesis.
