On June 13, at 12:44, the emergency service of Lori province received a distress call from the center of the local administration of civil defense. The call reported that a resident of Hertaghyugh village, known as “Surb Hovhannes,” had fallen and injured their foot near a cliff. The emergency service was informed that the assistance of rescuers was necessary.

According to the report received from the regional emergency service, the incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Lori regional administration of the emergency service.

The rescuers arrived promptly on the scene and provided immediate medical assistance to the injured individual, identified as L.P. (born in 1974). They then transported the injured individual to the nearest medical facility using an ambulance.
