Lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan has outlined the responsibilities of justice employees in a recent Facebook post. According to Hovhannisyan, justice employees are required to undergo special training to improve their negotiating skills and use specialized tools within the scope of their duties. They are only allowed to use these tools within court buildings if it is not possible to carry out their responsibilities through other means. Additionally, justice employees are expected to limit the use of attire that indicates their status. It is strictly prohibited for them to use special tools in public places and to engage in any form of abuse of power or acts of violence.

Recently, justice employees demonstrated their dedication to these obligations in the courtyard of Baghramyan Avenue. Despite facing emergency situations, they utilized audio-visual devices responsibly, minimized the display of attire indicative of their status, and refrained from using special measures against protesters, minors, and individuals with disabilities.
