Arman Tatoyan Raises Concerns Over Violation of Rights of Armenian Apostolic Holy Church

Arman Tatoyan, the former head of the Human Rights Defender Office, expressed concerns on his Facebook page regarding the violation of the rights of the Mother See by the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church. According to his message, the authorities recently initiated actions to suppress the church, including its spiritual leader. Tatoyan believes this is being done at the highest level of political power and does not align with the actual rights of the authority. He also mentions that the church is being targeted with biased behavior and attempts to create tension among other clergymen and the Mother See, which he argues undermines our civilization, the Diaspora, and international communication. Tatoyan emphasizes the important role of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church in preserving our history, identity, spirituality, and national security.
