In September 2023, all the individuals who were injured in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict have now returned to Armenia, as confirmed by Anahit Avanesyan, Armenia’s Minister of Health, during a National Assembly session on June 12. Initially, it was reported that there were 22 casualties, but the Minister later clarified that the correct number was 21. Avanesyan highlighted that all the injured individuals received comprehensive medical care at specialized clinics, and a portion of them have already completed their recovery process in Armenia.
