“Prime Minister Pashinyan Announces Plans to Dismiss Officials: Strengthening Operational Capabilities Takes Priority”

Every public official has a legal obligation to fulfill their assigned responsibilities. On June 12th, during a meeting with journalists, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced his intention to dismiss a significant number of officials in the Baghramyan-Demirtjian sector. This decision aims to enhance operational capabilities.

When asked about the potential impact on the relationship between the National Assembly and the Government, Pashinyan emphasized that the legislative and executive bodies work together in a collaborative manner. They implement decisions and actions based on individual and collective responsibilities.

The Prime Minister also highlighted that the Government’s initiatives involve sharing active information with specific groups. Representatives, both individually and collectively, play a crucial role in identifying, preventing, implementing, and enforcing statutory responsibilities.

Pashinyan emphasized that the Government’s operations should not be judged by the same standards as a court of law. Collaboration is a powerful institution worldwide, and it has the right to carry out its work. Occasionally, the question arises as to why the court does not judge collaborators, but collaboration operates differently and has its own authority.
