According to Melikyan, the situation has become dire as the group has been infected with a contagious illness and has gone into hiding. Additionally, a photograph depicting the distressing situation has circulated widely. These unfortunate events are a direct result of the government’s shortcomings, resulting in numerous victims and tens of thousands of individuals being affected.

It is worth mentioning that in the Baghramyan district, authorities have utilized audiovisual tools as a means to illustrate the government’s actions and response to the crisis. By providing access to transparent and visual evidence, the authorities aim to instill confidence in the public regarding their efforts and to ensure accountability.
