“Crocodile Chaos: Over 270 Predators Flood Congoyi Province, Resulting in 80 Tragic Deaths”

The mother river of the Congoyi province in Kinshasa has been flooded with over 270 crocodiles, resulting in the deaths of more than 80 people. The incident was announced by the president of the country, Felix Tshisekedi, on Thursday.

The recent crocodile attack occurred in Central Africa, where there were frequent incidents of crocodile attacks. This was similar to an incident in February, when twenty people were killed by crocodiles in a crowded crocodile breeding area.

In the announcement, President Felix Tshisekedi mentioned that the local crocodile population had been moving towards the Congo River since Wednesday night, flooding the area near the Mai-Ndombe city.

Ren Meeker, the head of the local water resources, reported that a total of 271 people were relocated in Kinshasa when the ferry crashed and the crocodiles attacked.

One person died from the crocodile attack, while 185 managed to swim to the shore about 70 km away from the city of Kinshasa, according to Meeker. He stated that the crocodile had bitten the victim and dragged them underwater.
