“Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan Declares Desire for Meetings, Denies Involvement in Controversial Matter”

I hereby declare that I have never authorized anyone or mediated in any similar matter. Today, on June 12, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, announced in the National Assembly that he wants to meet and negotiate with the Artsakh Republic Prime Minister, Arayik Harutyunyan, as well as the leader of the Homeland Salvation Movement, Vazgen Manukyan, before the start of power transition processes.

“If I want to meet with someone you mentioned, I will be able to meet them on the street within a month, and I will say, let’s meet, let’s meet, let’s meet again. I will encounter them. If you want to meet, just bring your bodyguards and I will come after you,” he said.

However, I am not such a person, and as an Armenian religious representative and civic activist, I do not engage in such actions. When he said that a “disgusting Joe” made derogatory comments about him, he was referring to me and telling a false story,” he said.

One of the trustworthy deputies said that Vazgen Manukyan believes in himself a lot, which Pashinyan denied. “Let God believe in me, he doesn’t have to believe in me, I will live quietly,” he said. These words led to disturbances.
