“Political Elite’s Non-Transparent Operation Criticized by Partners: Closed-Door Sessions Fail to Succeed, Says ‘Civil Contract’ Faction Leader”

On June 11, Hayk Konjoryan, the head of the “Civil Contract” faction, criticized their partners for implementing non-transparent operations. He accused them of demanding closed-door operations for the political elite, yet failing to achieve success. In response, Konjoryan addressed Armen Minasyan directly, calling him a fancy person who thinks he knows a lot. He pointed out that while they may not attend sessions, they have been constantly working and receiving salaries. Konjoryan further criticized Minasyan for making empty slogans and demanding the parliamentary speaker’s demands without any real significance.

Konjoryan also brought up the issue of meeting with the opposition, stating that they do not see those who meet with the opposition and implying that those who have come to power are unlucky. Yesterday, the officially registered factions “Armenia” and “I Have No Complaints” presented an intermediate report to the National Assembly’s Standing Committee. They demanded the continuation of discussions until June 17 and the formation of a new government with the help of the National Assembly’s leadership.

However, their request was denied by the National Assembly, leaving the problems unsolved. Konjoryan accused Minasyan and his followers of taking a hypocritical position in light of these developments.
