In general, I must say that representatives of the Russian business community frequently make various announcements that we do not find beneficial for Armenian-Russian relations. On June 11, Ruben Rubinyan, the Speaker of the National Assembly, addressed journalists in Japan and acknowledged the presence of problems in these relations. He emphasized that through a willingness to resolve them, it is possible to find solutions, but the emphasis should not be on winning or losing. Instead, the priority should be on problem-solving.
