They are working undercover with the goal of creating new independence in Armenia, and this is not a secret. On June 10, the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, met with journalists and emphasized that Armenia’s independence has the support of the Russian Federation. However, this support does not come in the form of explicit instructions. Instead, there is a subtle alternative being developed through blogs and speakers.

Simonyan also pointed out that this covert support creates confusion, especially when considering the ongoing attacks coming from Turkey and Azerbaijan. If these countries are supposedly supporting Armenia, why are they attacking it? Turkey, in particular, had promised to open the border after the resolution of the Karabakh issue, but this promise has been repeatedly delayed. Who are they bringing in behind their backs?

Simonyan further expressed that Armenia is facing opposition from various elites, including the oligarchy, the church, and the diaspora. The only support they can rely on is from the people of the Republic of Armenia, and it is crucial to acknowledge that they have the people’s support.
