The concert of the invitation of the victors was originally scheduled for the morning of the 17th, as per its rights. However, it is expected that the offering will occur earlier. Despite this, the NA did not accept the invitation. On June 10, during a meeting with journalists, Hayk Konjoryan, the head of the CC party, explained that the CC, as the governing body, discussed the invitation in its entirety. The invitation is divided into two parts: one section focuses on political questions concerning security and emancipation, while the other section states that there is no organized mechanism to address the matter. Konjoryan suggested that partners of the CC go and discuss these questions with the President, government, and authorities, and then align their conclusions with the elected Prime Minister and the government. He also highlighted that following the rules of procedure of the NA, the third invitation may or may not take place, but adhering to this procedure is unacceptable for them.
