Moscow has urged Yerevan to fulfill its financial obligations in accordance with the CSTO Charter, according to a statement by the CSTO cited by RIA Novosti. The CSTO highlighted that Yerevan is obligated to meet the organization’s financial requirements as stated in the Charter and the agreements of member countries’ leaders. The statement emphasized that as an international organization, the CSTO maintains financial discipline, regardless of the desires of any single party. This reminder comes in light of the current situation.
