On June 10th, at 17:54, the regional headquarters for civil defense of Lori province received an emergency call about a landslide on the Kobayr-Sanahin road. The road is completely blocked, and there are multiple vehicles trapped. The rescue service has been informed.

A team from the provincial headquarters for civil defense, along with two engineering groups, has been sent to the location.

According to reports, a landslide occurred near the 14th kilometer of the Alaverdi-Vanadzor road, affecting sections 1 and 4-5 of the bus route “Haravkovkasyan erkatugh”.

The rescuers are working with the employees of “Alaverdu ChESH” LLC to clear the road, remove debris using tractors, and safely rescue the two trapped vehicles. The traffic flow on the road has been restored.
