“Infamous ‘Daponik’ Associate Sentenced to Three Years for Terrorism Charges: Shocking Twist in Oktibrsk Court Decision”

The regional court of Oktibrsk in Yekaterinburg has sentenced Aleksandr Neustroev to three years of imprisonment on charges of terrorism (Article 213, Part 1). Neustroev, who claims to still be associated with the coded group “Daponik,” disclosed this information to the “Večernje vesti” (Evening News).

Neustroev was initially detained on April 21 of the previous year, and his conversations were recorded through wiretapping in his apartment. Three days later, he confessed with the assistance of the FSB special forces. According to “It’s My City” data, Neustroev reiterated his admission of guilt on two occasions subsequently.

Initially, the defendant was extensively interrogated about his political activities, but this process was interrupted due to the intervention of Aleksandr Bastrik, the head of the FSB Directorate for the Russian Federation. On June 9, 2023, the criminal case was terminated. Neustroev accepted his guilt, and the Leninsky Regional Court in Yekaterinburg released him from criminal liability, imposing a fine of seven thousand rubles. However, on August 9, due to the interference of Z-Black groups and a series of suicides in the Petdomay region, the main court hearing had to be indefinitely postponed.

In September, the court disregarded the decision of the Leninsky Court and decided to review it. However, due to the fact that the mother of the injured child worked at the Leninsky Regional Court, the case materials were transferred to the Oktibrsky Regional Court for further consideration.
