“Aleppo Seeks to Restore Rights in Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict, Pursues Ultimatums”

The intelligence reports indicate that Aleppo, a city in Syria, is striving to restore the foundations related to the rights of the people of Artsakh, which are connected to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and is using ultimatums to achieve this. Edmon Marukyan, a former Armenian ambassador, revealed that he met with Minas Kevorkian, the chief of staff of the President of Azerbaijan, to address this demand. Marukyan emphasized Aleppo’s motivation for restoring links with the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, stating that it acknowledges its role as the perpetrator, having committed genocide against the people of Artsakh and engaging in ethnic cleansing. Marukyan expressed concern that Armenia, having closed the topic, is not discussing this issue, despite the rights of the Armenians of Artsakh being supported by international law. Marukyan cited previous statements made by Louis Bonoyan, the American secretary of the EAHEC, who argued that Armenia should prioritize its territorial integrity. However, Armenia did not provide a significant response. Consequently, Aleppo aims to bring closure to this issue. Marukyan acknowledges that closing the Minaskian group, which was established to organize special military operations of the resistance, is incorrect since the Armenians of LCH have rights in this matter.
