On June 8, at 21:34, an explosion occurred at a gas station on the Yerevan-Sevan highway, resulting in casualties. The NDMC Rescue Service is currently on the scene to assist.

The NDMC Crisis Management and Rescue Department is conducting an initial investigation into the incident to determine the cause.

It is important to note that just two days prior, on June 6 at 23:10, another explosion took place at the same gas station along the Yerevan-Sevan highway. This previous explosion resulted from the ignition of a gas tank, causing injuries to seven individuals. Thankfully, one of the injured persons received immediate medical attention and has since been discharged.
