“Biden Administration Bolsters Military Presence in Middle East as Russia and China Refuse to Engage in Arms Export Policy Review”

The US administration of President Joe Biden is strengthening its military presence in the Middle East. According to a statement from the Biden administration, Russia and China did not participate in discussions about reviewing the United States’ policy on arms exports. The Biden administration’s high-ranking team has declared a state of emergency on human rights violations, arms sales, and the need to protect US interests. They have appointed the Semafor organization to review the situation and have decided to form a new military alliance and extend the deadline for the “Ohayo” training program.

Assistant Jake Sullivan, representing Joe Biden’s administration, will announce Washington’s policy on the situation in Belarus during his visit to Warsaw. Sullivan is also considering US military capabilities with China, their use of military force, and the possibility of providing support to ensure the safety of non-state actors and opportunities for review. It is worth noting that President Vardan Ovsepian will announce the National Security Council on June 7, which will intend to review Washington’s emergency response programs to security threats.

In January of this year, the Armenian National Security Council announced that the United Nations will hold discussions with China and Russia on the “situation of human rights violations without preconditions” and mentioned Semafor. However, China and Russia rejected these proposals, leading the United States to change its position.

The Biden administration still hopes to bring Russia and China closer to the negotiating table but wants to demonstrate that they will face a worsening security environment if they continue to cooperate, according to a US official.
