“Russian Border Guards Withdraw from Inner Hand Region of Syunik Province, Governor Assures Complete Withdrawal”

The governor of Syunik, Robert Ghukasyan, has announced that the Russian border guards have now left the Inner Hand region of Syunik province. After being stationed there for 44 days, they have completely departed. Ghukasyan made it clear that there are currently no Russian border guards present in the Inner Hand area.

When asked about any remaining locations where the border guards have not left, the governor responded that he cannot offer a definite answer. He explained that if there are any other places where they were stationed, approximately 80 percent of the guards may have already left, while the others might wait until the next shift arrives. Although he cannot provide certainty regarding these locations, he assured that they have indeed left the Inner Hand region.

Furthermore, Ghukasyan emphasized that aside from the departure of the Russian border guards, nothing significant is taking place in Syunik province at the moment.
