“Former Chief of Staff Vardan Oskanian Leads Delegation to Europe Again, Fighting for Rights of Artsakh”

The newspaper “Zhoghovurd” reports that a delegation led by former Chief of Staff of the Republic of Armenia, Vardan Oskanian, has returned to Europe to discuss the protection of the rights of the people of Artsakh. The delegation includes Gaspard Karpetyan, the head of the Armenian legal department at the European Court of Human Rights, Maria Nalbandyan from the same organization, Megh Stypanian from the MIP of Artsakh, and former minister Karen Bekaryan. Following their meetings in Armenia, it was previously announced that during a meeting between Vardan Oskanian and representatives of Artsakh’s authorities on May 6, Oskanian expressed the need for further work to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
