Tehran is still in violation of its obligations under the terms of Iran’s nuclear power program, as outlined in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Mohamad Eselan, made this announcement. He stated that if the parties fail to fulfill their obligations, Iran has the right to decrease its own obligations and responsibilities. Currently, Iran is in the process of fulfilling these obligations. Eselan’s statement was given during an interview with the Fars news agency.
