The RA (Republic of Armenia) has responded to Azerbaijan’s proposal for a truce agreement by sending their 9th amendment as a counteroffer. Ani Badalyan, the Acting Prime Minister of the RA, made this announcement to the members of the RA NA (National Assembly). The response comes in light of ongoing tensions and conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Both countries have been engaged in a territorial dispute in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, and this latest development marks a significant step in the ongoing negotiations.
